How to use

Place peeled garlic cloves on a cutting board, set the crusher on top and rock it back and forth with light pressure. The crushed garlic collects inside the curved body and can be scooped out with a spoon or the back of a knife. Use it to crush garlic for cacik, yogurt-based meze, marinades, sauces and dishes, and ginger for tea and cooking.
