How to use it?

The machine is clamped to the countertop, the dough is passed through the flat roller piece by piece, and the process is repeated until the desired thickness is reached. The rolled sheets are used for lasagna, manti and ravioli, or passed through the cutting roller to make homemade noodles and pasta. It is suitable for making additive-free homemade pasta, preparing noodles for winter and as a kitchen activity with children. After use, the machine is cleaned with a dry brush and cloth instead of being washed with water; dough left on the rollers is allowed to dry and brushed off.
