How to use it?

Use it to grate carrots and cabbage for salads, lemon and orange zest for cakes, kashar and white cheese for pastries and pasta, and zucchini, potatoes and onions for fritters. When grating is done, the lid is removed and the bowl continues to serve as a salad and dough mixing bowl. When you finish grating, the grater lid is lifted off and the ingredients are mixed in the same bowl, so there is no need to dirty a separate bowl.
